After this session I identified few areas where I can save time and can be utilized for my happiness (like Education, Meditation etc.).
Yesterday I took Action by cutting off 30 mins of my TV watching time and utilized that time in my sleeping.
I didn’t realized that I had wasted 3 years of my valuable time in last 10 years. Atleast from now I will utilize this time for good purpose.
Thank you very much once again, I am looking forward for these kind of sessions in coming future as well.
